Joint Sectional

EXCESS LUGGAGE.

(b) Excess Passenger Fares from stations south of Beacon Hill Tunnel to stations on the Chinese section other than Sheklung and Canton and vice versa; and from stations north of Beacon Hill Tunnel to all stations on the Chinese section and vice versa, shall be considered *Joint Sectional* and the division shall be in accordance with that submitted in Mr. Winslow's letter No.1228 dated 10th Juna, 1912, to the Mangging Director of the Chinese Section except in respect of the five stat- ions, viz: Sai Wu, Nam Shek, Wang Lik, Sheung Ping, Tu Tong. The division of excess Passen- ger Fares between any station in the British Section and any of the above-mentioned five stations shall be as indicated in the letter No.3033 dated 22nd April, 1914, of the Managing Director of the Chinese Section to the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong.

Excess luggage and excess parcels from Hong Kong, Kowloon, Hunghom or Yaumati to Sheklung or Canton and vice versa shall be considered "Through" and the division shall be in the ratio of 35:65. Excess luggage and excess parcels from stations south of Beacon Hill Tunnel to all stations on the

Chinese Section other than Sheklung and Canton and vice versâ; and from stations north of Beacon

Hill Tunnel to all stations on the Chinese

Section and vice versa, shall be considered

"Joint Sectional" and the division shall be

according to mileage. The minimum charge shall be 10 cents, this shall be equally divided between

the British and Chinese sections as all cal culat-

ions are rounded off to 5 cents.
